Open a ticket without logging in

For orders you bought as a guest. Use the email address you gave at checkout and the order number from your order email (ORD-... or SMM-...), or your crypto payment number (CTU-...).

We email you the answer, and it also shows on your order page. Never send passwords, one-time codes or card details.

Log in with Telegram or Google to open a ticket on any of your orders and see all your tickets here. You get the reply on this page and in Telegram.

  • Your order number (for example ORD-7KQ2M4X9), shown in My Orders and on your invoice.
  • A short description of the problem.

Stay safe

Staff will never ask for your password, one-time code (OTP), card number or banking login. Do not send them to anyone, including people claiming to be support.
